Pharmaceutical Supplier from Pakistan to Iraq
Iraq buys the bulk of its medicines abroad, through private importers for the pharmacy trade and through KIMADIA, the state company that supplies public hospitals. Paradise Pharma offers Iraqi scientific bureaus and importers a DRAP-licensed Pakistani source for paediatric suspensions, antiseptics, ORS and suppositories, with Arabic labelling and the documentation both channels require. We are looking for an Iraqi scientific bureau or importer to register our products and represent us with both the private market and KIMADIA.
Registration with the Ministry of Health
Foreign manufacturers are first registered with the Iraqi Ministry of Health through a licensed Iraqi scientific bureau, which then registers each product. The file includes the CoPP and GMP certificate, the manufacturing licence, a product dossier with stability data and samples, and the ministry may inspect the factory. The Kurdistan Region runs its own registration in Erbil, which we support in the same way. Once registered, products can be offered to KIMADIA tenders as well as to the private market.
Shipping from Karachi to Umm Qasr
Sea freight from Karachi to Umm Qasr takes about two to three weeks. Shipments carry the commercial invoice, packing list, Certificate of Origin, DRAP export permission and the Certificate of Analysis for every batch, with legalisation of documents arranged where the importer's bank or customs require it. Air freight from Lahore to Baghdad or Erbil is used for samples and urgent orders.
Products that sell in Iraq
Iraqi pharmacies and hospitals ask for paracetamol 120 mg/5 ml and ibuprofen 100 mg/5 ml suspensions, ORS sachets, povidone iodine 10 % solution, hydrogen peroxide 6 % and glycerin suppositories. Arabic and Kurdish patient information can be printed on request.

Do you participate in KIMADIA tenders?
We supply Iraqi bureaus that bid in KIMADIA tenders and provide the technical file, samples and pricing they need. Products must be registered with the Ministry of Health first.
Can you legalise export documents for Iraq?
Yes. Certificates of Origin and invoices can be attested by the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and legalised through the Iraqi consulate when your importer requires it.

Our products are registered in Pakistan only. In each country we want one partner who registers them in their own name, with our complete file, and distributes them exclusively. Here is what that partner receives, and who we are looking for.
One partner per country for the products they register; we do not sell the same products to a second importer in your territory while the agreement runs.
CTD dossier, CoPP and Free Sale Certificate through DRAP, GMP and ISO certificates, zone IVb stability data and samples - prepared by us, submitted in your name.
When your regulator inspects the foreign manufacturer, we host the visit at our Lahore plant and answer every query.
You buy from the manufacturer, not through a trader. Private label with your own brand is available for volume lines.
Product artwork, leaflets and technical data sheets in English, Arabic or French, and a named contact at the plant who answers within one business day.
Who we are looking for
- A licensed pharmaceutical importer, wholesaler or scientific bureau registered with your country's regulator.
- Able to hold the product registrations in your company's name and act as the local representative.
- Selling to pharmacies, hospitals, NGOs or public tenders, with your own warehouse and distribution.
- Ready to start with a registration project for two to five products and a first mixed-container order after approval.
